Our Process

Step 1

Task Received

Depending on type of service the client have selected we will do initial review and provide quotation for our work to be done within 24 hours and sometimes on same day. Our support line and email replies client within one hour. Once client approves and sign the proposal and payments are done as agreed, projects will move to next step.

Step 2

Detailing

Every project is detailed by our well experienced team leaders. During this stage any issues encountered will be detected at the very beginning before task even begins. Finding from initial analysis will be summarized and documented for next stage. This enables operational level members to start processing with no time wasted.

Step 3

Processing

During this stage operation level members takes over the task with the help of documentation prepared during detailing stage. Because everything is documented members spend little to no time initially analyzing the projects. Instead they will review documents as they process and compare with initial analysis to find any missing scope.

Step 4

Quality Assurance Layer 1

This step is a self evaluation process. With the experience from thousands of projects we have identified and documented where errors could happen. So each member will review and test against these scenarios to prevent any mishaps.

Step 5

Quality Assurance Layer 2

Now that the members have finished processing and have done self QA, task come back full cycle back to the team leader for another QA. During this step team leader will review the task with initial analysis, then do a complete review to ensure everything in scope is captured. Just like in previous stage every part of the task is checked against QA checklist. After this stage there will be no errors.

Step 6

Quality Assurance Layer 3

Going through all previous stage final product is send to Manager QS for final review. This is high level quality assurance which evaluate for any potential risk, pricing points. Managers also ensure that the everything is communicated to the client in an easy to review manner. A projects passing through this stage should be able to review by client spending minimum time.

Step 7

Release To Client Review

Once task is completed our client portal will send notification to client email that the project is completed.

Step 8

Continuous Support

This part is offered free of charge for any task we have completed. Sometimes clients may need additional support responding their clients, contractors and sometimes it is handling addendums and compare changes. Just drop a message to our portal and we will help you.
