Roles and Responsibilities

      1. Review and QA Take off produced by team members.
      2. Analyze tender document and identify scope and advice members on scope of work.
      3. Maintain meticulous records of take-off data, including quantities, measurements, and calculations, to support project documentation, procurement, and reporting requirements.
      4. Manage day to day operations of team of 3 to 4 AQS or QS.

Qualifications

Educations : HND in QS or Higher

Minimum Experience : (HND + 6 Years ) or ( BSc + 3 year)

This opportunity is subject to 3 months probationary period.

      1. Accurately measure and quantify materials required for construction projects based on architectural drawings and specifications, specializing in take-off services.
      2. Analyze take-off data meticulously to ensure precision and completeness, identifying any discrepancies or inconsistencies for clarification before project commencement.
      3. Maintain meticulous records of take-off data, including quantities, measurements, and calculations, to support project documentation, procurement, and reporting requirements.
      4. Verify take-off quantities against project specifications and standards to uphold quality assurance throughout the construction process, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications

Educations : HND in QS or Higher

Minimum Experience : (HND + 3 Years ) or ( BSc + 1 year)

Trainee Quantity Surveyors

      1. Accurately measure and quantify materials required for construction projects based on architectural drawings and specifications.
      2. Maintain organized records of take-off data, including quantities, measurements, and calculations, to support project documentation and reporting requirements.
      3. Verify take-off quantities against project specifications and standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance throughout the construction process.
      4. Identify and resolve challenges or discrepancies in take-off data promptly, proposing solutions and adjustments as necessary to maintain project timelines and budgets.

 

Qualifications

Educations : NCT / NDES / HND or similar

Minimum Experience : Not Required

Note:

Working times are Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM

Training period is six months and after completing 6 months with satisfactory performance this opportunity will lead to permanent position.
